Hello Anshu, I must say that your desire is absolutely genuine. But if you think from another perspective, admissions in the first year at c o e p are stopped at a very high cut off and if a student from other college who has got admission with less than this cutoffs seeks admission in c o e p then what will happen. All the same, the procedure does exist but it differs from transfer within two colleges of the same University to two different colleges of two different universities.
