You need to appear for MUHS Entrance Exam and the admissions are based on the marks obtained in test. B.Sc. in Nautical Science Eligibility Criteria:
* Candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
* The candidate must be from the science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
* The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate score of least 60% (55% in some institutes) at 10+2 level.
* Clearing an entrance exam conducted by the Maritime Institute as approved by the DGCA is mandatory in order to get admission.
* There are a host of physical and medical requirements and tests that also need to be met if a candidate wishes to pursue the course.

The B.E. admission in this college are done through the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra by using Common Admission Process (CAP). For getting admission in this college you have to appear in MHT-CET(Common entrance test). The eligibility criteria for MHT-CET is as under.

Tolani is a very well known name in academic circles for their Marine engineering courses. They have also a very vibrant and dynamic placements cell. Invariably majority of the students get placed by the institute. I think you should not worry on this account at least at the moment seeing the trend in the cargo movement by ships today and in the coming years. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different dates of the admission process of Tolani.
