It Sorry to say that none of the colleges are a good option.
My suggestion is that don't go for Indira because of low & degraded placement. I know some of the students are even not placed from there.
Please research about PIBM. I think it will be helpful for you & it is also far better than Indira.

78 percentile is quite low for getting through MMS programme in any of the mentioned colleges. You can try for PGDM course in Indira. Chetna, MET, IES close on higher scores even for PGDM.

Check out the Website of MIT University Pune. They offer this course and the entrance exam is possibly based on relevant skillsets, Arts, Politics, General Knowledge and Public Management.

DY Patil takes admission only on the basis of JEE Mains exam, not on the basis of advance.

Don't worry. Domicile criteria are not applied for these courses. In addition this AME course is being conducted by only private agencies. More the students, more the income. Just obtain brochure cum application form and apply at the earliest.
