SIMC is a flagship course of Symbiosis in Mass Communication and Media Studies. The placement is generally good for MBA in communication management where you can do Brand Retailing, Advertising, PR, etc. and get a package around 6 lacs and for MA. In MC, you get a salary around 4.5 lacs. It's decent enough but somewhat low on ROI.

Kirloskar-Pune's fee is much higher but if you have better percentile then go for Noida. It will give you better opportunities for placements. Kirloskar is definitely low on ROI. But is a decent college.

They would deduct some of your percentage approx 3-5 percentage.
Also, if you haven't studied maths till 12th, you can't pursue B.Com (Hons.). You have to opt for B.Com programme.

If you are looking for colleges in Pune, I'll ask you to focus on Symbiosis. There are other good colleges also but being a media student I'll want you to prepare hard and aim for it.
