I don't think that VIT entertains shifting of college. You can get admitted here through MH-CET or JEE Mains. But irrespective of this, you can always maintain a good pointer that is above 9. This will help you in future for your higher studies or placements.

No, hostel fees is not included in Rs. 4.50 lakhs. It is your course or tuition fee. Hostel fee would be separate. However, there are some perks for IIMHRD students included in the fees. That you can know by talking to the admissions department.
And, as far as placement is concerned, if the college does not provide any placement, the college is of no use. Of course, the college will provide enough chances for you to get placed. Placement season starts with the beginning of the of 3rd semester. It depends upon your skills that you get to crack placements or not. Enough companies come to the campu

Unfortunately one needs to give the SNAP test in order to be eligible for admission in SIBM Pune. SIBM doesn't accept any other exam scores for admission, including CAT.

If you can brief more about your higher qualification and current work profile, I can tell you about that
For MBA, graduation with a minimum of 50% or at least 2 years of experience is a must.
There are other good universities as well where you can get online classes, live interactive lectures, mobile app based education and industry endorsed course structure as well.

BA in music is a UG course of 3 years duration and the admissions are on the basis of marks obtained in 12th.
