It depends on which course you want to do as you can do BBA before MBA and there are many top colleges providing this course, such as Delhi University.

If you mean correspondence course through offline then go for IGNOU or IP, Delhi. :)

Hello Naveen,
Actually I have not understood your query clearly. Ok. Let me attempt still! All colleges in Maharashtra have to take part in counseling process. Only those colleges who are debarred by AICTE or any Court of law, are kept away. After finishing all rounds of counselling, if some seats are still vacant for first year, then a procedure has been evolved for giving spot admissions to first year.
