Hello Pratiksha!
Neville Wadia isn't a good college for MBA as it doesn't feature even under the top 50 colleges in India. Better avoid if it's possible.

As far as I know, CCNA & CCNP both have good scope. You have to do the first CCNA after that you can do CCNP to grow your job profile. A lot of friends have done both certification course from Koenig-Solutions.com

The second list is already out. You probably know your answer. If you have reached somewhere around 30-40 in 2nd waiting list and institute decides to publish another list you'll probably get selected. Good luck.

That depends upon various factors you see. The cut-off of the institute changes every year so do the lists. Now, it totally depends upon the college how many lists they wish to display. Other than this, how many admissions happen prior to you also makes the difference. As per my view, you mist get through this but I may be wrong as I don't know the current year cut-off. Wish you good luck.

Now this depends upon various factors as in what is the current year cut-off of the institute. How many students have actually taken admission in the previous list. How many number of list does the college actually wish to display and finally your number. So, it is really very hard to actually predict what are the chances. But as per my experience, I think you have chances of being here in Symbiosis. Lets hope for the best and wait for the call.
