DY Patil and Bharati Vidyapeeth both are good as they are good deemed universities and are never involved in any of the territorial jurisdiction violation. SMU is a scam and have involved in lot of controversies. Welingkar is a bigger scam as they are offering diploma not MBA which do not have any value.

I am assuming you want to go for a .BA degree in Hospitality Management form IIHM Pune. You will have to sit for the online entrance exam E-CHAT (Combined Hospitality Aptitude Test). Once you clear that there would be a group discussion and personal interview after which you'll get admited into the college.

Hello Lokesh,
Admission in MIT, Pune is done via JEE Mains and MHCET. JEE Mains cut-off tend to be around 140-150 and in MHCET, it is around 120 -130. So as per your rank, your chances for admission via JEE is negligible, but MIT, Pune have management quota seats also so you may look forward for that too.
All the best!
