MIT Pune has two separate colleges. Kothrud branch and Loni branch. Your JEE main marks is nothing to do with MIT admissions. However for Kothrud branch you should write MHCET or you can opt for management quota. Rs 1.55 lakhs per annum fee is the fee.
For Loni branch, it's a deemed university. You just visit the college office with money and you get admissions. Both are best colleges.

Yes, you have got really good marks. These marks are enough to fetch you College of Engineering, Pune but to be on the safe side, I will advice you to fill JoSSA.

MITSOB is a very good college. It follows the case based pedagogy which is very helps you analyze and improve your decision making abilities. The placements at MITSOB are very good. The highest package has gone up to 8 lakhs. The intake is 120-marketing, 120 finance, 60 general and 60 human resources.

All the private colleges of Pune have management quota seats so you may take admission via this, but you need to talk to the colleges very soon as the seats fills very fast.
