Yes, SCMC Pune is very safe for girls. The hostels itself are very strict about the rules and regulations like you won't be allowed to leave your premises after 10 as the gates will be closed, if you want to take a night out then a prior consent from the warden is required. Also the GATE closes after 10 so most of the girls they have to be inside before it. As you are concerned about safety of girls I think its a pretty safe place for you to study and chill. There not any hardcore restrictions just enough to ensure safety.

Today, MAAC, Raipur and Anibrain School of Media Design, Pune are two places that provide courses in animation, VFX and media graphic designing. Still, what is important for placements Anibrain usually performs slightly better because of more connections within the industry and better stat using a longer experience in the VFX and the animation field. It is generally better with Anibrain having freshers drawing anywhere between Rs 4 LPA to Rs 8 LPA and few getting placed with leading studios like Pixar, Dream Works, Red Chillies VFX etc.
