The cut off is very unpredictable, it increases every year. The cut offs change every year. They're a bit different for different categories (General,OBC,SC/ST etc) and for students coming from various boards (state,cbse). Though the cutoff varies on caste categories and also if the candidate is outside Maharastra or within the state candidate. Depending on the subject choice, the cutoff varies and might be even higher depending upon the demand of that particular subject at that time.To get in Bsc course Fergusson college in Pune aim at getting a percentage above 90-95%+(general category) to get a seat, if outside Maharashtra candidate

You can likely considered to get admission into Pune via MHTCET.  AIT prioritizes children of serving or retired Army/Navy/Air Force personnel. You will need to provide a certificate to prove your grandfather's service. AIT admission is based on your All India Rank in the JEE Main exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Yes, it is possible to get admission to NIBM with 80 percentile in CAT. The last round closing percentile for admission to PGDM in Banking and Financial Services was 50 among the General AI category candidates. 

NIBM also offers admission to PGDM in Banking and Financial Services on the basis of CMAT percentile. The last round cutoff percentile in CMAT among the General AI category was 85.
