Admission to all PG and some of the UG courses at Sri Balaji University is entrance-based. Yes, Sri Balaji University offers a four-year BBA and a five-year BBA + MBA course at the UG level. The selection to BBA programme is based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants shortlisted based on their qualifying exam score are further called for a personal interview round for final admission.

Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate may also apply for the MBA programme. 

The total fee for Sri Balaji University BCA programme is INR 4 lakh. The fee includes academic fee of INR 30,000 and excludes hostel fee of INR 91,500. Candidates can pay the total fee in eight installments. Aspirants have to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the university.
