You can change engineering colleges in the first, second, or third year of your program at a government or government-aided institute. The process is initiated after the results are announced by the university. The institute will then notify the schedule for transfer on the institute website and notice board. 

 To apply for a transfer, you'll need to: Apply in the prescribed format, Include self-attested documents, Provide documentary evidence for the reason for transfer, and Meet the application deadline.

SIBM Pune SNAP Cutoff 2024 will be released after the SNAP results are out. The institute accepts SNAP results for MBA admissions. In 2020, the SNAP percentile Cutoff to get PGDM admission was 98.5

SIBM Pune XAT Cutoff 2019 was 98.5 percentile in SNAP.
