Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering was established in 1999. It has a larger campus and many more facilities, so it should be Tier 2 college in Maharashtra. Accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade and NBA.
A total of 738 seats are available in PCU for different degrees. It is a better college among the top 200-500 colleges in India.

College brings in a decent number of companies, however, it's purely left to the student's talent, ability and hard work to get placed. Don't expect Major FMCGs, consultancies, top MNCs to visit. This is not a Tier 1 college. Some major companies that visited the campus this year - PWC, Berger paints (off campus), Deloitte, Coffee Day beverages, ICICI bank, ICICI prudential, Karur Vysya Bank, Bandhan Bank, Kotak Mahindra, ( don't mistake these for finance roles, all are Sales profiles), rest all start-ups with 3-4 LPA packages.
