Yes, DPCOE offers a three-year BTech Lateral Entry course. Students can take direct admission to the second year of BTech through Lateral Entry. Admission to this course is strictly based on merit of the last qualifying exam of candidates, which is valid for Maharashtra candidates only. Students belonging from outside Maharashtra must visit the college for more details on the same.

The eligibility criteria for MBA at Dhole Patil College of Engineering is that candidates willing to get admission to MBA at Dhole Patil College of Engineering must pass graduation with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised university. There is a five percent relaxation for students belonging to ST/ SC/ OBC/ NT categories. These candidates must obtain minimum 45% aggregate in their final exam of graduation.

To get admitted to MBA course at Dhole Patil College of Engineering, candidates must qualify for either state-level MAH CET or national-level MAT or CMAT entrance exams. Admission to MBA at DPCOE is strictly based on scores of respective entrance exams. There is no other way out to get admission to this course.
