SB Patil College of Architecture and Design accepts admission to its BArch programme through CAP counselling for 114 seats. For reaming 6 seats the college offers admission through management quota. If any candidate who have missed participating in counselling for any reason can apply directly to the institute under management quota and apply for same.

SB Patil College of Architecture and Design accepts online application of the students who have participated in CAP counselling. Candidates who are interested in pursuing BArch programme at the college must appear for entrance test and with a valid score must participate in counselling. There are three online rounds on CAP counselling.

Yes, SB Patil College of Architecture and Design have accommodation facility in hostels for both the boy and girl students. The hostel at campus offers safe and comfortable stay for the students. Fees for girls’ hostel is INR 97,000, the fees include mess charges and security deposit of INR 2,000. Fees for boys’ hostel is INR 1.1 Lacs that includes mess charges and INR 1,000 of security deposit. Students also enjoys food facility at the mess of the hostel, providing nutritious meal to them.
