Yes, it is possible to get a seat at IIT Ropar with a rank of 10,000 in JEE Advanced. For candidates belonging to the General All India category, the last round cutoff ranks were between 2379 and 13009. Although at 10,000 rank, the choice of specialisation would be limited, candidate can get admission to the college. A few specialisations available at this rank would be B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering and B.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
