The one thing that I never complained is the Faculty at this university.
Yes, not all are good enough to teach even but some of them are real gems they not only provide you with professional learning but also they will give you real-life learning so that you can succeed in your real life also.

They are very supportive and polite in nature otherwise 50% of our students get detained every semester. Also, they are Masters in their own fields so they have plenty of knowledge that we can acquire.

Yes, our campus provides the best in the best mechanical degree with good internship and placement offers.
Many students from mechanical branches got a 10/10 GPA in their 8th sem and also they got good placement in Mncs and startups. Mechanical Engineering has the best faculty so that students not just pass but they can get the actual skill that needs in the real world.
Mechanical department also mechanical department offers practical skills.

No, not actually, it offers, but in mechanical engineering, they have subjects related to Robotics. 
for AI, it has specific Branches from the last two years.

Because of fewer faculty members and less number of students in this branch at this university especially the main campus, they don't provide the Specification on this branch but PTU is capable enough to do it.

The tuition fees  for Bachelor Of Tevhnology [B.Tech] in Electrical Engineering is Rs. 96,104 for an year/semester (s). And the Registration fees for admission is Rs. 1000, while the Other fees would sum upto Rs. 7500, which makes it around Rs. 1.05 Lacs for an year, with the eligibilty criteria of scoring atleast 45% marks in final examination of Class XII from CBSE or any other recognised State Board (s). The compulsary subjects for getting admission into B.Tech/B.E. are- Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science and Maths/ Biology. The entrance tests accepted here are JEE Mains/ REAP/ DIRECT.

The placement for MBBS was the same in 2019 and 2020. However, in 2021, the placement rate increased by almost 6%. See the below infographic showcasing the Sawai Man Singh Medical College placement rate trends for MBBS:

Out of 223 MBBS graduates, 115 were placed during Sawai Man Singh Medical College placements 2021. Earlier, 101 out of 205 students were placed during MBBS placements 2020. The table below mentions the total strength and the number of students placed during SMS Medical College MBBS placements from 2019 to 2021:
