Electronics and communication (ECE) is more software oriented while EEE is a core subject dealing with machines. ECE has more job scope in private sector while EEE has more scope in government sector. So, to put it simply, if you are interested in coding, the ECE is better for you. You must give it a deep though yourself for making a decision. Every field has ample number of jobs and opportunities for making a successful career out of it!
The professionals from both of these fields are in great demand provided they have required skill Sets exposure and hands on experience in form of internships and projects. Second point : You must pursue your choice of course only in top universities like IITs, NITs, VIT, PEC, Thapar and LPU etc. This will help you kickstart your career with a good platform as they will ensure your initial placement.

Both the courses are equally good and have good job opportunities. Both are core branches of engineering. Lots of opportunities being created in this sector. Both of these have a great scope, provided you have interest, aptitude, frame of mind, temperament, passion, personality traits that align with your aspirations in any of these. Both the courses have their own importance and need. If you are technically sound and has flair for technology, then go for M.Tech, while if your inclination is more towards management and corporate jobs, do MBA. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/LPUNEST) and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. I don't know about NCU, however being LPU alumni, I can share the detail of BBA programme.
