LPU has been successful in transforming these programs into world class professional ones even if done at India campus. But Credit transfer for these programs is one of the highlights, many students from Punjab, Kerala, Gujarat, eastern UP etc. Do opt for these programs in pursuit of top international universities and settling abroad. Some of the prominent universities which are in tie-up with LPU are:
Cape Breton University, Canada
San Francisco State University, USA
Curtin University, Australia
Swinburne University, Australia
La Trobe University, Australia
James Cook University, Australia
Newcastle University, Australia

Hi, The minimum eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme is 60 percentages but still, there are relaxations based on which you can SEE if you are eligible. The relaxation is as follows:-
5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants. In case you don't fall in this category then you can proceed with admission in the Diploma programme and after completing your Diploma you can proceed with the lateral entry programme. Admissions are going on, to grab the opportunity to apply without any delay. Hope this information helps. Thanks.

Yes, As per the revised admission criteria introduced by the Thapar Institute. They are taking 100% admissions on the basis of 12th marks. Gain more information at : https://admissions.thapar.edu/Prospects/files/Revised_criteria_and_Schedule_for_BE-BTech_First_year_Admissions_.pdf.

Private colleges use money to get higher rankings. For glance, SRM is placed 2nd or 3rd in such ranking. But, do you think placement and education in SRM is better than IITs, which are placed lower than SRM? I am not saying that Thapar University is a bad choice, but DTU is a state government College of Delhi. But, the quality of DTU is gradually decreasing because of increase in intake of students every year. Other reasons considered are average quality of faculty, No renovation of labs, No change in infrastructure, Hiked in yearly fees (about 1.5lacs per year worth increase of 10% in subsequent year), etc.
