Hello Shrutee Ghume, for doing your graduation in engineering in the field of Food Technology you need to clear the entrance exam prescribed by your state if you are interested in taking admission in the colleges in your state or JEE Mains or JEE Advanced for admission in NIT for IIT. For the courses in food technology biology is not compulsory even though it is preferable to have one. If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into IIMs or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges).

Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. Hello Harsh Mankame, you have been allowed to appear for MHT CET after filling in your marks in HSC. Right? I think this year the requirement of scoring minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination of 12th has been withdrawn by all the entrance exam conducting authorities for exams like JEE Mains or MHT CET.
