Depend on your interest. If you are just thinking of college then IIT is better and if about branch then EC is better. So, you have to decide. But if I have to select I will go for IIT Delhi as there you have chance to change your branch in next Year after scoring good CGPA in first year.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges, because your rank is not good. You will get an NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, ST category.

Dr DY Patil deemed to be university conducts it's own entrance exam on national level and ranking in this exam will decide your probability of success in getting admission.
