Hi,
I don't think, you should leave any chapters of class 11th, if you really want to score well in BITSAT. BITSAT is an exam, which checks how much you know, therefore you must cover everything. Hope it helps.

CUCET is a national level examination that is a combined entrance test organized to give admissions for different UG, PG and other courses that are offered by a Central University. This exam is that you need to register and then appear for.
At Central University Of Rajasthan (CURAJ), you will fill a normal admission form once you are selected for admission, after clearing the above mentioned exam.

You just need to appear for Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) to pursue M.Sc in chemistry B.Ed integrated course from CURAJ - Central University Of Rajasthan, Ajmer

Yes, you can surely do your B.Sc and M.Sc (Hons) from BITS Pilani. For that, you have to give BITSAT exam and qualify the exam with a good score in order to get a seat in the college.

You need to appear for Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET).
You should pass your B.Sc. Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, it's minimum.
