Yeah, you can apply but before applying you must to know about the admission procedure and cut-off for civil engineering in this college. You should get admission by JEE score or CET.

The only way to get admission in engineering government college is by entrance exam.
Various entrance exams are there like IITJEE,UPSEE,IPUCET,WBJEE, KCET,COMDEK, AMUEE etc. Clearing these exams will give you admission in government engineering college.

It's more about opportunities rather than advantages that you will get here at BITS Pilani.
Some of them include:
1. The people you will be around, they all will be good at one thing or the other. You will be able to learn a lot of things and by lot I mean a whole lots things.
2. Many companies will be there for the placement including some of the top notch like Microsoft, NVidia. But you got to have that what they are searching for, if you want to work with such giants.
3. The development of you is one major aspect. You will be seeing a tremendous difference in yourself in those 4 years of yours. It's just not building a good CV/resume b

Which course do you want to pursue from ICFAI University? Moreover, if you want to study event management in the coming future and want to make your career in it, why don't you go for a graduation degree course in the same field.
To answer your question, yes you can study even management from NAEMD, Ahmedabad after completing your graduation from ICFAI University.
