The variations in fees depends on the scholarship facilities available at this institute. Although, deatiled information is not available that what will be your fees with 8000 score or less than that. The total tuition fee for a B.Tech programme at VIT Vellore ranges from INR 4.9 to 7.8 Lacs based on the specialisation you are choosing for and the scholarship you are getting. So to know your fees according to your score, the only thing you can do is contacting the institute. They'll calculate and tell you your exact fees according to your score.

The application fee for the BSc course at Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute is INR 700. This can be paid online or, alternatively, by drawing a demand draft (DD) of INR 800 in the name of 'Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute', payable at Chennai. The address of the candidate must be filled in on the DD. However, the above mentioned fee is accessed from the official  website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and, hence, is indicative.
