As per the data available on the official website and placement report,  32 companies visited the campus and 522 students were placed during Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science placements 2024. The prominent names during MSCAS 2024 placement drive were, HCL Technologies, FirstSource Solutions, Foxconn, EOS Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Bank, JustDial, Croma, Leela Palace Chennai, Hyatt Hotels, Hathway, DBS Bank, among others.

Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science offers MBA programme across several specialisations, such as, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Human Resources, and others. The duration of these course is 2 years. The eligibility criteria for the same is Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. However, the shortlisting of National Candidates is based on the marks scored in TANCENT/ CET/ GMAT/ CAT competitive exams. While, on the other hand, for Foreign Nationals or NRIs, the marks obtained in the graduation are the deciding factor.
