Tata-Dhan Academy (TDA, Madurai) is one of the best in Madurai if you're into rural and development management. The campus vibe is pretty unique; everyone's passionate about making a difference in society, and the faculty knows their stuff in this field. But if you're looking for a more traditional MBA with corporate placements, you might feel limited. TDA focuses heavily on social impact and rural issues, so if that's your thing, it's perfect.

To get into TDA's MBA program, you need a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. They prefer candidates with a passion for rural development and social work. Aside from the degree requirement, TDA looks for people genuinely interested in working in rural or social sectors. They also conduct a selection process with a written test, group discussion, and interview to see if candidates are a good fit for their mission.

Tata-Dhan Academy (TDA) has decent placements, especially for development sector roles, but it's more niche-focused on rural and social development jobs. Dakshin Institute of Management Sciences has a broader range of placements, covering more industries, so it can offer slightly more options. But, if you're interested in development work, TDA's connections are stronger there.

You can be admitted to PET Engineering College through management quota. Management quota means the candidates can get a seat without regular entrance counselling like TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions). For management quota seats, the college may have its selection process which might include previous exam scores, personal interviews or any other criteria.

Students are financially supported through several schemes which enter into the structures of the scholarships available at different levels, such as merit, communities (e.g. OBC, SC, minority etc.) and government-sponsored ones like the First Graduate Scholarship. However, the college does not provide a blanket 100% scholarship. Moreover, there are provisions of these financial aids through educational loans.
Some caste-based scholarships (BC, MBC, SC) that are also given to assistance to students from financially challenged family are also available to students in the college. But it should be noted that, the scholarship schemes gener

It is possible to secure a seat in the B.E. / B.Tech programs in PET Engineering College without attending the TNEA counselling session but under the management quota. While TNEA is the most recognised channel of admission where one has to pass their 12th-class examination and qualify, the college reserves some seats under management quota where TNEA need not be attended.
However, even for the management quota, you may be required to satisfy the requirements of the course on offer (like having completed your 12th standard with qualifying marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). Further, some of the institutions may have separate en
