Yes, of course, you are eligible to take admission in diploma in agriculture engineering. You should apply for the same. Your score in class 10th is good enough to clear the eligibility criteria. Hindi is not taught in diploma courses.

To get admission in IIT Hyderabad, you must need to qualify the JEE advance exam conducted by IITs. If you secure under 10,000 rank in JEE Advanced, then only you can get a seat in this college. Best of luck.

As per your score in EAMCET entrance, you get admission in this college. However, you will get branches other than computer science engineering like ECE, EEE, information technology, etc.

Yes, you can get admission in Mukhaffam Jah College with this score in EAMCET. However, you will get branches other than computer science engineering. Therefore, you can expect ECE or information technology with this score.

Comparing both these colleges, I think IPE Hyderabad is slightly better than GL Bajaj-Noida due to its good placements, ranking, and the brand name.
