Yes, you can eligible for this course but you will admission in the 1st year of BBA because both courses are difference. So you will start fresh for BBA.

First of all, you should have to pass with good mark (55) in class 12th, depending on the rank obtained in the natural Science section of the common entrance test (EAMCET), you will get a seat in BPT.

Yes, you are completely eligible for any certificate course without any issue, just such issues arise for some specific government jobs, otherwise, everywhere it is open for everyone.

Well Surekha,
It is really up to you, and how you want to take your career forward. But, I can say, in India it's scope is very leads nowadays.
Industry will provided a far greater financial incentive and will probably be more stable than academia.
The academic side can be unstable post-docs last 3-years, teaching posts can be temporary and to climb up the ladder you will have to move around institutes/universities.
But, you also have to remember if you work in industry you can still collaborate with institutes/universities. And try to apply for foreign institutes/ universities for better future if done Ph.D.
