Yes and No I'm afraid not, but try counselling if you're not OC open category and maybe you can get a seat in either OU or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC. But yours is 460 rank so there might be a better chance of getting a seat in those colleges.

Hi, yes definitely she will get in CVR college and also I recommend you to try in Vasavi , CBIT college for the same branches. In our college you can keep CSE and ECE as your options.
The companies which come for these branches are abundant.

No, if you want to do M.Sc. in Chemistry, then maths is not necessary at all. If you are a student of science stream, then you are eligible to do M.Sc. in Chemistry.
