NIT, Warangal offers M.Sc program for 2 years which includes 4 semesters.

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible for NIT, Warangal because they provide MBA admissions only to BE and B.Tech graduates.
But other NITs like NIT-Silchar and MNIT-Jaipur are there, you can try in these colleges.
