You are advised to appear for JEE Mains and do B.Tech in aeronautical engineering from IIT, PEC University, Chandigarh or IIST to fulfill your dream of becoming a space scientist. Anyone can appear for UPSC irrespective of what they did in graduation. If you are 21 years old and have a graduate degree, you can go and write UPSC.
