For students belonging to CBSE / ICSE Board requires a minimum of 55% marks so just go for it.

I think it is approximately INR 2.8 lakhs for a complete degree.
It may be more according to your rank.

You need to have a minimum 60% of your intermediate.
That too there is only the least cases to get with 60-70% of intermediate marks.
If you have above 70% then you can easily get a seat into B.Com computer applications in AV college.
