 NIT Agartala hostels in the college try to accommodate 3,000+ boys and 500+ girls. To take care of the students' health, there is a medical unit available in the campus. The doctors are present, round the clock, here. To help the students financially, the college gives various scholarships of the Government of India & various State Governments.

NIT Agartala has established academic tie-ups with IIT Guwahati, IIT Kharagpur, Jadavpur University, IIEST (Formerly BESU), NITK Surathkal, NIT Warangal apart from other renowned University / Institute of India & abroad.

NIT Agartala has taken the initiative to go into a similar agreement with reputed national & international colleges. Industry-Institute Linkage has been increased for catering to the needs of industrialisation of the region at large and the State in particular.

NIT Agartala approval details are not yet released. NIT Agartala has 13 departments under it. Agartala NIT offers UG, PG, & PhD programmes to students. These courses are given across the Management, Engineering,  and various other streams. Tripura Engineering College was converted to the NIT Agartala by the Government of India. 

NIT Agartala MCA cutoff 2025 was released based on NIMCET rank. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff for the General AI category was closed at 763. For OBC AI category candidates, the closing rank for MCA admission was closed at 763. For the SC AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 3358.

NIT Agartala GATE cutoff 2025 has been released for the last round. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 350 and 448. Among the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 304 and 398.
