During 2023 placements, 32% of BTech, 81% of MBA, and 57% of LLB batches were placed. Looking at the past three years' statistics, a fluctuating trend was recorded in BTech and LLB placement rates. TEchno India University Tripura fee structure involves various components such as tuition fees, one-time fees, security deposits etc. The University offers majority of courses within the range of INR 20 K- INR 4.4 Lakh. TUIT fee structure may vary depending on the level and duration of the programme opted. For a 2 year full-time MBA programme, a candidate will be spending an amount of INR 2.7 Lakh, inclusive of tuition fees and one-time payments. Similarly, programmes such as BTech for 4 years can be for INR 4.1 Lakh - INR 4.5 Lakh.

Techno India University Tripura conducts admissions online and offline, based on merit and entrance. The admission process requires the eligibility criteria of securing  minimum aggregate of 50% - 55% in Class 12 and Graduation. The University considers entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ JEMAT/ GMAT etc. Based on the scores of the entrance exam, candidates will be shortlisted for further process of document verification. Based on the scores, the National Institute of Technology Agartala cutoff 2024 has been concluded with the release of Round 7 for the General AI category candidates. As per the cutoff released, getting a rank less than 90000 is crucial to increase chances of selection at NIT Agartala. If the reason is genuine and involves medical issues, the college will surely consider and will provide some relaxation for the same. If the college finds that the student's reason is not genuine, then the student will have to suffer the consequences.
