In the Daily Mail University Guide 2026 rankings, the Uni of Hertfordshire ranks at #51, getting recignized for excellence in a number of subject areas and student experience. Also, in the Complete University Guide rank, this university ranks at #82 position in 2026. In The Guardian rankings, this university ranks at #48 in 2026.

In the UK-specific universities rankings, the Uni of Hertfordshire ranks at #48 in 2026 by the Guardian rankings. In the previous year's rankings, this university was ranked at #75. A huge improvement can be seen in the Guardian rankings. In the Complete University Guide rankings 2026, Hertfordshire University ranks at #82. So, in the UK-based rankings, this university ranks in the Top 100 UK Universities.

Yes many important high street banks in UK have their branches near London B-School's Regents Park campus. To open a bank account in UK students will have to visit the said bank they are opening an account in, in person, so this makes things very convenient for LBS aspirants.

Yes, the University of Manchester campus is definitely safe. The security at the university's campus grounds is contactable twenty-four hours a day and there are surveillance cameras located throughout the area. The resident halls of the university also have swipe-card entry systems so no unsolicited person (s) can enter. Also each residence has a team from ResLife who reside in the hall and offer guidance and assistance if required.

Yes, students can opt for private rental accommodation in close proximity to the UoM campus as well. Students can visit the website of Manchester Student Homes since it operates on behalf of the universities in Manchester to help students look for uni-approved off campus accommodation. Moreover, it provides general housing advice and listings of available properties in the private sector.

Students can easily find Indian cuisine around the UoM campus. Places like Saakshis even provide tiffin service and its located near the student zone. Another featured place for Indian food in Manchester near the university is Dishoom. Some other top-rated Indian places in Manchester, as per unofficial source's, are Hungamaa Chorlton, Sangam Didsbury, Chef Platters and Indian Affair.
