Students at UCL can submit their English language proficiency through IELTS and TOEFL and Pearson Test of English results. Yes your campus life will be better at University of Glasgow than staying off-campus. You will get more chances of interacting with your professors. You will be able to make more good friends from different parts of world. You will learn about their culture which is altogether a different experience. You will have more chances of doing a project well.

It depends on your living standards:

1)Accomadation: For University Halls of Residence, charges are from 400 euros to 700 euros depending upon choice 

For private accomodation, a one bed room flat will cost 600 euros to 800 euros per month.

2) For food it is around 115 Euros per week.

3) Transport costs are around 30euros per week.

4) Total cost will be around 1300 euros to 1500 euros.

Here is the list of english proficiency exams accepted by University of Leeds:

1) IELTS Academic (minimum overall score of 6)

2) TOEFL iBT (a total score of 74)

3) LanguageCert Academic (overall score of 65)

4) Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic (An overall score of 60)

These are the tests accepted by the university.

Pros of stating in campus :

  • The campus is pleasant and surburban, with very good public transport connections to the city centre.
  • the classes will be near you and won't have to travel a lot for classes hence saving time.
  • Excellent sport facilities and libraries in the campus.

Interested candidates can start applying through University of Southampton's official website from november and admission confirmaations will be sent by mid january. Two other round of admissions are planned for August intake and applicants in this round are exempted from the fee of rs 5000 application fee.
