For short distances (to towns like Hatfield, St Albans, and Watford) local buses and campus shuttles are better. These cost as low as GBP 1 (INR 129)/ride.
For longer travel, the UK's rail network is the better choice. A 16-25 Railcard can be used to travel for GBP 35 (INR 4.5 K) per month, and avail an 30-33% discount.

London Business School and the London School of Economics are both considered good universities but calling one of them 'better' may not be right. It actually depends on the goals of a student.
LBS is superior for practical, career-focused B-school experience with recruitment-heavy support. LSE is know for great academics and Economics training with a faster and cheaper master's timeline.
