If we compare both the university, then Napier University is the best in terms of tuition fees and the University of Edinburgh is the best in terms of ranking. In such a case, a new CAS number will only be issued after the authorities are provided with the new financial documents. Another reason for refusal can be a credibility interview. A student will only be able to apply for the same once he/she has received the CAS. The university also has a student sponsor license. This allows it to sponsor students who are eligible for a Student visa.
