We accepted applications from graduates of any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at graduation level. Yes, full-time students are allowed to work part-time. You can contact the university to find out about availability of jobs on campus and off campus and stipends, etc.

I doubt, you are advised to check with GATE authorities, visit their official website and contact them. UK degree has recognition issues in India and things are doubtful.
