Hi Sneha,
We accepted applications from graduates of any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at graduation level. You also have to apply for the SNAP test to be eligible for admission. To get into prestigious institutions, the calls will be made individually by the colleges for the admission. To get into state colleges, you just have to cross the cutoff of the particular college and have to submit the GATE scorecard.

Yes, full-time students are allowed to work part-time. You can contact the university to find out about availability of jobs on campus and off campus and stipends, etc.
