Full-time MBA program has two options - International Business and Global Banking. Entry requirements vary slightly. If you are currently in B.Com you are not eligible for the MBA program directly after graduation. You must earn 3 to 5 years work experience. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Details are mentioned on the university website:

You have to apply through the UCAS portal. The deadlines are mentioned and required documents too. Oxford is very competitive and admits highly academical students. You must have not less than 75% to be eligible to apply. IELTS is also required, check the department website for specific entry criteria.

Completion of 10+2 with very good academic percentage, above 75%, is least expected. You must also take the IELTS and score a minimum overall of 7. Every department has its specific requirement, I will advise you to visit the Cambridge University website thoroughly before applying. You must apply through the UCAS website, the common application portal to apply to UK universities. Here are some links:

Many UK Universities are offering direct admission in MBBS programn without any diploma/foundation. As you have provided in your information that you are taking UKCAT and Ielts, I would like to tell you that few universities in UK don't require UKCAT also for direct admission in MBBS
