No, Queen’s University Belfast is a public research university located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. It was established in 1845. If we talk about the origins of the University, we find that it started with three Queen's Colleges (in Cork, Galway, and Belfast). It was in 1908 when the three Queen's Colleges and the Royal University were dissolved. These were replaced by Queen's University of Belfast and the National University of Ireland. Since then, the University has come a long to provide world-class research and high-quality education.

Yes, University of East London admission requirements for Indian students consists of IELTS score submission as major component. Listed below are minimum UEL University London IELTS score requirements-
- UG Courses- Overall score of 5.5 - 6.0 or higher
- PG Courses- Overall score of 6.0 - 6.5 or higher
