Yes, an average Indian student can certainly join Lebanon Valley College, as it has an  acceptance rate of 77.6%. It is also an institution giving generous merit-based scholarships to students and it is seen as welcoming to students from across the world. In addition, its location is very convenient for those who wish to study in the United States, as long as the standard admission requirements of submitting transcripts, test scores, recommendations, and a personal statement are met.
