The Presidential Scholarship is MSU's most distinguished academic award focusing primarily on the scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership, and unique personal qualities of the students. International students at MSU are eligible for the merit-based scholarship which is based on the average grade point secured by the student. The merit-based scholarship is only applicable on Montana State University tuition fees.
