BBA course at American University, Dubai, there is only 1 course for the Indian students there with the tuition fee estimated at 26 L with a general ranking #11 in UAE. IMT Dubai is not ranked highly and offers 1 BBA course similar to AUD to Indian students. According to some unofficial sources, the acceptance rate for IMT Dubai is 94% which makes it not selective at all. So, due to these valid points IMT, Dubai would be a good option if affordability and acceptance rates are kept in mind among both the Universities.

There are not many courses accessible for International students at American University in Dubai but just one. The tuition fee for that one course is around INR 26 L. There is an additional application fee for applying for the programme that is a non-refundable amount of AED 420 that rounds off to INR 10.7 k. Also the complete cost of studying at American University, Dubai would be much more with all the other expenses such as rent, food, books and transportation is added.

Yes, MBBS in Harvard is a dual degree programme which leads to an MD. So MBBS is technically MD at Harvard.

Admission at Kent State University would be somewhere be easier to the University of New haven because of the difference in both of their acceptance rates. The acceptance rate of the University of New Haven is 60% which makes the University moderately selective while acceptance rate of Kent State University is 81% which gives better chances at admission to students.
