Whether Harvard University is "better" than Boston University (BU) is determined by a variety of factors including individual preferences of the student as while Harvard is widely regarded as one of the world's most prominent universities BU is likewise a highly rated university, however Harvard's reputation usually outperforms that of BU.
Moreover both the universities provide top notch academics however when it comes to rankings it can be concluded that Harvard does outperform Boston.
