To secure an admission in Pittsburg State University, all international graduate students are required to fulfill certain admission requirements. The exact entry requirements may differ according to the choice of course. However, Pitt State demands the following requirements from prospective overseas applicants applying for graduate programs:

• Completed online application along with $60 = INR 4996* application fee;
• Official transcript (s) of secondary and post-secondary school credits (they should clearly indicate: all coursework and grades (or marks),  the degree awarded,  the date the degree was awarded and the name of the institution where degree was earned);
• Grades: Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 point scale
• Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE); and
• Coursework according to the choice of program.

• LOR: MBA applicant must submit an LOR, and with particular exceptions, who should write those letters. 
• Statement of purpose ( an SOP): An SOP is essential for the application process for the Illinois Institute of Technology. It helps the applicant to convey their talents, Academic excellence accomplishments and personal background of applicants. 
• Transcripts and degrees: the applicant must provide the university with transcripts of their academics with degree certificates. Similarly, applying for PhD or doctoral programme may require a master’s degree and transcripts from all graduate institutions of the applicant.

• Entrance exam: GMAT or GRE scores are only required if students' undergraduate GPA or graduate GPA (minimum of 9 hours) is less than 3.0.
