Once you submit all your documents including official transcripts and application fee, undergraduate students will receive an admission decision in around four weeks. Application processing time may vary depending on the number of student applications received by the university. In some cases, an admission decision can be made in just about five business days. Decisions for graduate programs vary as per the course. Do check the respective department/college website for details.

As per U.S. News & World Report, Arizona State University acceptance rate is 88%. So, for every 100 applicants, 88 students get admitted. This means that ASU is relatively selective. Candidates need to fulfill the specific course requirements for securing admission. The school has its set requirements for proving candidates' English language proficiency and a different set of requirements for other entrance exams like GMAT, GRE, SAT, or ACT scores along with GPA. So, if you are meeting set eligibility criteria then there are chances of getting an offer for admission.
