Yes, Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) accepts Indian students. Students must submit an online application, official transcripts, and a personal statement. The application fee is $20 USD for ESL and undergraduate programs. There is no application fee required for graduate and doctoral programs. The applications for Fall '23 graduate programs are now closed. They are now accepting applications for Spring '24.

The application fee for Master in Computer Science at The application fee for ATP/SAS is USD150, and the application fee for the SJSU degree program. (ATP+Conditional Eligibility) is USD 250 and non-refundable. However, prospective students must follow the deadlines and requirments of the university. The SJSU also clearly stated that meeting the requirments doesn't guarantee admission.
