First-Year Student Scholarships
International undergraduate students at Texas Tech University can submit the scholarship form along with the application form on ApplyTexas.org. The deadline for first-year students falls in early February and for transfer students, it falls in early March. The award amount is determined by the test score and high school rank.
Transfer Merit Scholarship Program
These scholarships are for students who submitted their transcripts and documents by the Fall or Spring entry deadline. Students must enrol in a minimum of 12 credit

At Texas Tech University, the undergraduate initial application fee is $60, and any subsequent application is $50. The application fee for the graduation application is $75. An additional $25 for each following application/readmits and program/level/entry date change. The international transfer student has to pay a $75 non-refundable application fee.

Most of the Masters courses at University of Manchester are competitive, particularly MBA and MSc courses. The general requirements for international students are given as follows:
- First or Upper Second Class honours degree with 60% average from a UK university or internationally is required.
- The student must also be able to demonstrate academic progression by achieving high grades in each year of UG degree.
